Returns Policy

Sail Tribe Clothing Returns Policy:

As part of our endeavour to minimise fast fashion waste, we print all items specifically for your order - this is often referred to as Print On Demand.

We therefore respectfully encourage you to look carefully at the sizing charts to ensure you order the correct size. Remember that in most cases we use actual garment size not body sizes in our charts, so allow plenty of room, unless you want the fit to be skin tight! 

We are not able to refund the original postage paid on your order or any costs your incur in returning items to us.  As our business grows, we hope to be able to offer that service, but at the moment our funds are tight. We hope you understand.

Return eligibility

Our returns period is 14 days after receipt of goods, after which we can’t offer you a refund.

The item being returned must be in the same condition as you received it: unused (except trying it on) and sent back in the original packaging. If it is not, then no refund or only a partial refund will be granted.

You must follow our returns process below in order to obtain a refund.

Returns process

1 - Please email support@sailtribeclothing.com with the following details:

  • your name and order number
  • the product code(s) for the item(s) you would like to return
  • for each product, please tell us the reason for the return.
  • in the case of faulty goods, please include photos of any faults. 

2 - We will usually respond within 48 hours to confirm whether your return is eligible. If eligible, we will send you details of how to return your items.

3 - Return your item(s) to the address specified in our email.

  • If items are returned after the returns period stated above a refund will not be offered.
  • Please ensure the item is securely packaged so that it arrives with us in exactly the same condition as when you posted it to us.

4 - Once your return is received, we will notify you by email. The package and its contents will be inspected and, within 5 business days, we will let you know whether your return is approved or rejected.

5 - If the return is approved, we will send you funds equal to the purchase amount for each item returned to the payment method you used during checkout. Remember, we will not refund postage costs.

Faulty Items:

We are proud to say that it is very rare that you will discover a fault in your items.  All products go through two quality control checks - one after manufacture / before printing, and one after printing / before despatch.

In the rare event that you do have a problem with your order, please contact us straight away at support@sailtribeclothing.com and we will do whatever possible to rectify and make sure you're 100% happy with your purchase.

We can replace damaged or defective items free of any charges.

Proof of faults will be requested. Any fault must be reported as soon as discovered.
